We’ve worked with more than 350 companies, offering tailored fleet management solutions and consistently delivering value to our clients. Our extensive history and expertise have positioned us as trusted advisors in the field.

It was our commitment to providing the best value in motor services that led us to branch out into fuel card services. We recognized a growing need among our clients for efficient and cost-effective fuel management. By launching Less Per Litre, we are able to help not just businesses, but also individuals, save money every time they fill up.

Less Per Litre is a trading name of Yalson Commercial Consultancy Ltd, and we’ve been trading since 2018. During that time we’ve helped 100’s of businesses across the UK to reduce their vehicle management costs. In fact, we saved our clients an estimated £4.2 million in 2023 alone.

A seasoned professional in the motor industry with 15+ years of motor trade experience and a strong foundation in technology, Daniel fully understands every aspect of fleet management. Passionate about innovative solutions, he spearheads initiatives like our fuel card offering, designed to save SMEs money. Combining C-suite expertise with a commitment to excellence, Daniel thrives on driving sustainable growth and empowering businesses to streamline their operations effectively.

Joanne Williams

Joanne is head of operations. With more than a decade of experience in the analytics of values of motor vehicles, she has saved businesses millions of pounds throughout her career. She has a full understanding of fleet management and has built some fantastic relationships which allow us to capitalise on for the benefit of our clients.

Paul Brian

Paul is highly accomplished with 20+ years experience in all corners of the trade. Known for his innovative thinking, Paul has consistently introduced groundbreaking ideas to enhance fleet operations, improve efficiency, and reduce costs. With deep industry insight and a dedication to innovative solutions, he is your trusted partner in driving fleet innovation and success.

Adam Tuffs BSc Hons CS-BIE

Adam is a seasoned full stack developer with around 20 years of experience in building robust applications. Specialising in Node.js, jQuery/JS, PHP and SASS, he is also adept at database development using PostgreSQL, MySQL, and NoSQL technologies like Redis. Adam has crafted solutions for diverse industries, including car leasing and e-commerce platforms. He holds a first-class honours degree in Computer Science, underpinning his extensive technical expertise.

Matthew Hale

Matthew brings 20+ years of customer experience management as well as 10+ years of logistics, supply chain, training and retail relationship management. Matthew is relentless towards removing ‘no value add’ processes, ensuring your business runs at its most efficient. His understanding of lean methodologies will save you money and improve your customer proposition.

Andrew Herrick

Andrew is a consultant focused on profitability and sustainability. He, therefore, understands the strain fleets can have on a business as well as businesses straining their fleets. He works to ensure the business is set up with the right fleet from the word go. He has worked with multi-million-pound firms with huge success, no project is too big.

James Peterson

James has a focus on process design to optimise a fleet’s efficiency and safekeeping. He has a strong background in business process design and will ensure the fleet slots into the business seamlessly. Should processes outside the scope of the fleet need to be designed to allow this, James has the skills needed to carry out any process design.

Shannon Cooper

Shannon works with us as a Client Manager, working closely with our clients. She, without exceptions, is exceeding their needs and is always keen to speak to new clients about how we can be of service to their business. Shannon has a great eye for detail, is friendly and makes every experience personal to the client she is taking care of.
