Is my first card really free?
Yes, it is absolutely FREE! There’s no postage fee, no monthly fees and no transaction fees. You only pay for the fuel you use – and that’s it!
How do I use my card and can I get help using my card?
Initially, activate your account through the online portal upon receipt of your card. You will then be issued a PIN, necessary for each transaction. Fill your vehicle with Standard fuel, hand the fuel card to the cashier, and input your PIN. The cashier will issue a receipt showing the full price; however, your online account will reflect the discount and the funds will be collected the following week at the discounted rate. You do not need to show your ID to pay for fuel. If asked you do not need to provide your registration plate or mileage, these questions are for business users. We are always here to support you in the use of your card(s) and savings. If you need any other specific questions answered please contact us.
How can I manage multiple fuel cards under one business account?
With Less Per Litre, you can manage multiple fuel cards through the secure online portal. You can assign cards to specific drivers or vehicles, monitor transactions in real-time, set spending limits, and generate detailed reports to streamline your fuel management process.

Are there any additional fees for having multiple cards on one account?
Other than our initial processing fees for multiple cards (£0.99 inc VAT per card), there are no additional fees for managing multiple cards under a single account. All transactions are consolidated into one weekly invoice, simplifying your expense management.

Can my business apply for additional discounts or rebates based on fuel usage?
